To create your prescription lenses, we’ll need a measurement called your “pupillary distance” (PD)—a value that’s unique to you.
We recommend obtaining this before placing your order. You can request it from your eye doctor or measure it yourself using a smartphone app (search your app store for "pupillary distance").
If you don't have your PD at the time of ordering, don’t worry—you can still complete your purchase. We’ll do our best to contact your doctor to obtain it. If we’re unable to retrieve it, your order will be placed on hold until we receive the PD measurement from you.
Thank you for helping us ensure your lenses are made with precision!
To ensure the best accuracy and comfort with your progressive prescription, we require your “Segment Height”—a measurement taken by your eye doctor while you're wearing the specific frame you've chosen.
Before we can begin making your lenses, please visit your eye care provider to have your segment height measured. Once you have it, simply send the measurement to us by phone or email.
Once we receive your segment height, we’ll begin processing your custom prescription and get your lenses made with precision and care.
